MPS02: A Panchakosha Practice for Client Interaction and Insight

MPS02: A Panchakosha Practice for Client Interaction and Insight

Instructor bio: LaMor Clements Carino, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT

As yoga therapists, we know that the five sheaths of the panchakosha model are foundational to our work. But educating clients on the koshas as the foundation of overall health, wellness, and spiritual journey can be challenging, especially within the confines of a 60-minute session. This morning practice offers a feel-good experience of each kosha from a different perspective through asana, pranayama, meditation, mudra, and mantra, with a sprinkling of activities that embody one or two koshas.

You’ll receive a little (optional!) homework assignment, too, as providing homework that is both educational and doable for busy clients is often a key to their sustained practice of health and healing.

Chair-based options will be provided and encouraged.
